Annual Waiver
All club members and guests are required to have completed
a signed waiver prior to participating in any club tournament or event.
Once your annual dues are paid, you will receive a link to e-sign the
current, annual waiver. The linked form will also allow you to review your
contact information and update any of that information, which may have changed.
Boat Insurance
There is now a Google Form to upload your current proof of boat insurance for the year.
Please scan or take a clear picture of your current proof of insurance. Ensure the file is
no larger than 10 MB. If your file is too large, try taking a smaller photo, resizing the
large photo, or exporting to a lower resolution image file. You may then submit
your file using the following URL:
Note: Due to Google's security requirements for file uploads, this upload form requires
you to have and be logged into a Google account. If you do not have a Google account
and are not willing to create one, you may email your proof of insurance to the club
secretary, but it is preferable that you upload via the form, as it saves the
club secretary several steps.
